Semmel Oral + Facial Surgery is not in network with any insurance companies, but our front office team will be happy to file a claim with your company following your appointment (this does not include Medicaid/Medicare supplements). Our office requires payment up front at the time of service, and we ask your insurance to reimburse you directly. When scheduling your appointment, we will be happy to discuss fees with you, but we ask that you understand exact fees will not be given without Dr. Semmel evaluating you and determining the appropriate treatment plan.
